Ooo. The chilli pie hasn't been on for ages, let's hope it's on for the next home game.My chilli pie was extremely delicious today.
I also have a theory that when the guest pie is chilli, we don’t lose.
Think the guest pies normally get a month's residency don't they? Can confirm it was indeed delicious. Plus it wasn't served at a temperature just below molten and it didn't fall apart in the cardboard sleeve. All in all the perfick pieOoo. They do - the veggie pie is a new combo this monthThink the guest pies normally get a month's residency don't they? Can confirm it was indeed delicious. Plus it wasn't served at a temperature just below molten and it didn't fall apart in the cardboard sleeve. All in all the perfick pie
They were serving it in the North, but it was £7 - didn’t see anyone asking for it nor eating it thoDid anyone see or eat the special Apple Crumble and Custard - possibly one of the more bizarre football ground offerings.
All the salt was being stored on here in the matchday threadI succumbed to a steak & ale pie yesterday. Only to return it immediately, because it was STONE COLD. Yes, I barged to the front of the queue to get a (warm) replacement.
Why is there never any SALT anywhere ? It's not much to ask is it.
Sake.
One of our gang took one look at the one offered to him yesterday and demanded a refund. It then took about 4 members of staff in consultation before they agreed to give him his money back.I had one of these premium cheeseburgers at the Amex yesterday, my review:
- bit expensive
- tasted better than the old burgers
- was pink inside which I don’t think is great for a burger
- was cold to tepid in temperature
I should have gone back and asked for another cooked one.
4/10 the last ones were 1-2/10 so an improvement of sorts.
Not haribo but the food sweets they used to sellIf only somebody could invent a shop that sold packets of Haribo you could put in your pocket before going to football
How boring would that beIf only somebody could invent a shop that sold packets of Haribo you could put in your pocket before going to football

From my own experience I've now concluded there are only two regular hot food choices you can rely on although with slight caveats. The pies are great but eating them can be a messy performance and sometimes molten hot. The sausage rolls are fine if sometimes the pastry is a little on the dry side.
And in other related news still no return of the little sweet trolley to the WSU. I'm missing my half time jelly Teddys...................Barber out!
WTF? Is it a football ground or an all you can stuff on your plate buffet?
Obviously ignore the ridiculous amount but it does look half decent compared to most our stuffWTF? Is it a football ground or an all you can stuff on your plate buffet?
Agree definitely looks decent for football ground food.Obviously ignore the ridiculous amount but it does look half decent compared to most our stuff
There's a £2.40 surcharge if you don't leave a clean plateWTF? Is it a football ground or an all you can stuff on your plate buffet?
