Sorry to say but it’s alarming how poorly coached we look:

Defensively we are all over the place. Runners in behind over and over again.

The press is muddled and ineffective

Players don’t seem to know what they are doing when they get the ball, too many touches too few options.

The new manager has had a whole preseason with them and we look shambolic.

He has some serious work to do and quickly.

It's far, far too easy for other teams to create clear cut chances.igor to get 2nd yellow is my nap.

I love Hinshelwood but it’s not working with him in the middle two. We are just so open.

I do think he is a significant drop in quality of management from RDZ & Potter, but that's to be expected as he has barely any experience.

Was it a mistake employing him? Maybe. If we're patient with him will he and we improve? Probably. Are the fans going to get frustrated with his inexperience and learning journey? Definitely.

I think it all boils down to how quickly he can learn and improve. He could be a top manager one day. Maybe with us. But it's a results business. We're playing okay but we look so terrible at the back and that's largely due to the coaching and tactics. If he can learn and improve and fix this problem - then great. If he can't then fans will lose patience and it's only a matter of time before they will start calling for a new gaffer.
