As long as the KO isn't delayed.....Not sure if posted elsewhere, but no trains today between Three Bridges and Lewes/Brighton. Replacement bus hell. Perfect timing seeing as we are playing a London club.
Bet the work is planned many months before fixtures are known (even without them being moved 4/5 weeks before they are played. @jackalbion ?I don't get why they can't plan 'improvement' works for weekends when we're not playing at home.
These works get planned many months in advance. Whereas our home games are at the short term whim of Sky and European competionsI don't get why they can't plan 'improvement' works for weekends when we're not playing at home.
These are scheduled around a year in advance, Premier League fixtures aren'tI don't get why they can't plan 'improvement' works for weekends when we're not playing at home.
I think the better question is why our home games can’t be scheduled for when trains are running rather than the other way roundI don't get why they can't plan 'improvement' works for weekends when we're not playing at home.
Do we? Do we always start the season at home, for instance? We know the weekends when we are at home or away.
These are planned works from about a year. I share your frustration but on this occasion it’s one of those things.I mean after the fixtures are out.
Uhhhh...maintenance, perhaps ?I dont get why the works seem to be constantly required every year? Am.i missing something?
For those who are able to*The replacement bus is also stopping at all stations.
90 minute journey 3 bridges to brighton.
Deep joy...
This one has been in the diary for two years, this was a Sunday only block, but Sky Sports make their decisions with only a few months out, well after all the machinery is booked to do the work. Unfortunate, but if Sky move everything to a Sunday thats something anyone can anticipate two years out.Bet the work is planned many months before fixtures are known (even without them being moved 4/5 weeks before they are played. @jackalbion ?
