Echelon. Now, if my old boss is right, I will be pulled over by the Police later today now I have dared mention its name. If not, then it was likely the high speed he was driving at that caused the stop and not him mentioning the monitoring system that must not be named.

It probably is a "you issue" in some way.

That privacy box needs to set a cookie to say "the user has accepted the privacy notice so I don't need to show it again"

However, if your browser has very high security controls configured it may be blocking the cookie being set. And, if the cookie isn't set, the privacy box will be shown to you again.

So...

1. Check your browser security settings and/or any third-party security software you may have running.
2. Clear your NSC cookies and temporary files from your browser.
