When I was Hailsham U18's manager back in the day, I wrote (that long ago !), about a friendly against Brighton's U18's. Got a reply from Alan Mullery, saying he would send their U18's under Barry Lloyd. They beat us, but BL was a gentleman.
PS That season we went on to win everything in Sussex , apart from the League Cup.

Obviously 2 weeks out, and 2 thousand views, if you all come it will set a Worthing Crem record!
To help with service sheet printing and staffing at the wake etc, if you are going to be coming to remember Baz, please could you like this post, just to help give the family an idea.
A measure of the man, we’ve got 11 of the 12 who played for Worthing vs Oxford in 1982
The majority of both the 87/88 promotion squad and the 1991 Play off team will also be in attendance.
