I remain to be convinced by the latest crop of celebs etc. But I will persevere. I suspect it will grow on me. The chaotic vibes that come from Kola Bokinni might just keep me interested.
The camera work when it comes to showing off Brazil/South America is great so far though!

Kelly Brook may well be in her forties or whatever, but she's forever about twenty. She's pleasantly stupid, there's no malice to her, its just as if her brain hasnt even considered the possibility of having to be used at some point.
Her poor husband trying to explain 'its a competition and we have to get there quickly' while she stared boggle eyed at a 14hr bus journey - well yeah, you want to get there as soon as poss, not just ponce in and out of seaside towns ffs! He has the patience of a saint. But then he's amply, ahem, recompensed i suppose.

she wears the trousers for sure.

Used to be a stunner . Still got a decent face and a couple of good assets. Quite large though and no shape to the legs.

You'd look at it in passing but not all that.

Seems an innocent for sure but I'm sure she knows a thing or 2

I've never found Kelly Brook particularly attractive. I never really got the fuss over her back in the day. Her breasts just look ridiculous

As for the first episode, it was decent enough. The filming is always fantastic and makes me want to visit most of the places they end up. Kelly Brook is as annoying as I thought she was going to be but her husband seems like a decent guy. I quite like all the other teams, too. I don't think I'll be invested in one team winning, unlike the regular show where I'm instantly put off by at a least a couple of teams.

Just finished it and I love this programme. I just want to jump on the next plane to Mexico and take my time going all the way down to the bottom of Chile and Argentina. Shame we have to work for 50 years of our short lives...

I have been lucky enough to do three road trips out there and all were superb. Sadly the costs are now outrageous, Rio used to be 20p a beer ffs. Highlight was Iguacu Falls after a 20 hour bus journey, arrived at hotel to be looked down on by stroppy check-in girl, who offered me my keys at 8am as I looked as if I could use a shower. (That felt so good)

Struggled a bit with this series, I felt Brooke was a pain in the arse diva but her hubby was lovely and deserved better. The Essex Boys were painfull to watch and there is something about Scott Mills voice and speech that grates....I Rather liked Kolo and his cousin. For a footballer he came over as a nice bloke.

Agree on Brooke. Felt like she was constantly trying to prove it was some kind of romantic excursion for the camera and a little painful to watch.

Jeff and his son really grew on me. He actually came across as a lovely bloke just trying to guide his son the right way in life after all they had been through. Had not heard of him beforehand though apparently he was a footballer as well as married to JG.

Footballer is a bit of a stretch. I don't think he ever played a professional game. His claim to fame was appearing on a trashy reality show in the early 00s and then stealing a living as a TV presenter after JG's death (they never married)

Every time he did a piece to camera about Freddie and started talking, my mind went straight to the " Creature Comforts " adverts.

Sure, it appears he had some kind of football career which surprised me, even if he didn't find fame. Stand corrected on marriage 👍🏻

He’s a footballer, in the same sense Robert DeNiro was world middleweight boxing champion, and Gary Oldman the wartime UK Prime Minister!

Just finished the 'celebrity' one. South America is beautiful isn't it. Jeremy Parisi was probably the best character on it, Kelly didn't come across that bad. Kola Bokinni is such a likeable person who I wanted to win. The rest I honestly can't remember who they were now.

People seemed to be at cross purposes. Kolo is an actor and played a footballer in Ted Lasso and Jeff Brazier was once on the books of a professional club but only played at non-league level.
