Congratulations to the campaigners who got rid of the words onscreen. Left me unable to join in until the chorus as I can't remember the words. Since nobody on here seems to be crowing about this little victory, I presume the 'makes us look tinpot' whingers didn't even notice. But there was certainly a muted response until the chorus today and I doubt I was the only one feeling a bit excluded. No sympathy expected. Even my family laugh that I can't remember lyrics. But what a shame for those it does affect. A truly silent minority.

Learn the f***ing words, FFS.

You remember all Starmer's broken promises well enough.

I just wish they'd left well alone. GOSBTS being played with the players already on the pitch, with Forest doing a huddle in their penalty area and their fans singing behind them all just felt wrong.

Interesting how despite all your conditions and issues, you have no sympathy with mine. Or did you once say lack of empathy was one of yours?

If you're not :fishing: may I suggest you write the words down and take them

I nearly replied with this, but then thought I was being whooshed as it’s so daft
Initially, I thought it was a whimsical take on the yoof of today....

To be followed by:

"Why can't they make the letters of the players names on the back of the shirts bigger? I can't be expected to recognize who's who. Especially the black ones as they all look the same to me."

I have genuine sympathy, of course, with people with learning differences. If this is the case then I apologize.

If not, the time spent starting a thread on it could have been usefully spent....learning the words.

Actually I'm not really that interested in politics. But sadly tarred with that brush it seems.
Didn't you start the thread I had to put on ignore? About how well the labour government is (not) doing? Again apologies if I'm mixing you up with someone else.

But if we have the words on the screen, that time could be spent finding the key to nuclear fusion or peace in Israel/Palestine.

Just think of the opportunity cost.

I had it at first against Ipswich. Thought it was marginally better v wolves. But today somehow felt okay. Maybe with the added fireworks etc when the players came up it worked better somehow?

If I had a choice I’d still pump for it when the players come out but I reckon given another few games I might change my mind.
