After a day of defending the great and the good of UK politics I have retired to the balcony for a well earned beer.

God bless you all

I’m only Punking at the moment but I have just smoked a fat Bifter so the quality will go up
It’s a shame Brewdog became what they became because Punk IPA is still a great beer. Have you ever tried Thornbridge Jaipur IPA? Similar, better, and available in Sainsburys I believe.

Jim D and Peanuts from here will remember drinking 4 quick pints of that on our way back from winning the League at Walsall. (New Street)
We then loaded up with warm Theakstons.
Luckily Peanuts 10 year old son got us home.

On my way to Old Brighton Town to carry out a tour of the local hostelries, meeting some chums in the Evening Star and moving on from there..have a safe and happy Fridat you lovely N.S.C.ers !
What a great starting point. That’s the thing with Brighton you can go anywhere in pretty much any direction and get good pubs that just serve good beer.
I can do Sky Sports pubs with Guinness if I have to but

Probs the last one. Moor Brett barrel aged history repeats imperial stout
“A brown malt-laden historical Victorian Imperial Stout recipe aged in whisky barrels for 2 years with Brettanomyces yeast, and conditioned a further year in bottle to create an incredibly funky and complex beer.

Naturally carbonated with live yeast. Unfiltered, unpasteurised, unfined. Vegan friendly.”
