I can’t access the big board from my phone. It doesn’t appear on the list

1. Go to the forum first page
2. Look for the text "We All Follow The Albion...", and then look at the right of that text, where you'll see a small arrow.
3. Click the arrow

It doesn't appear on the forums list on my laptop either. I go through 'find threads' or check my alerts and open up a thread from there and then click on big board.I can’t access the big board from my phone. It doesn’t appear on the list
Any ideas ? Do I need to pay my subs ?
I've found that the little arrow works too.
