Will today finally be the day Albion have a penalty shoot out at The Amex?

I think (the first team) hasn’t had one yet at home? Seems like we are due one …

Our last shoot out at home was vs. Leyton Orient in 2008.

Hadn't thought about it, but you're right. We've had a fair few shoot-outs in the Amex ERA, but none at home.

We had an EFL Trophy shoot out v Reading last season. Which was fun.

think Woking was in our last season at Withdean. Just remember Gus quite desperately trying to get us knocked out of the cup so we could concentrate on the league and we ended up needing replays against FC United and Woking

also notable for Cristian Baz scoring the most nonchalant penalty in Albion history without realising it was the winning kick

Edit - as above - not Amex era. Now I can pretend I left it off deliberately.

Murray, Sparrow and Baz scored our spot kicks in a 3-0 win

Was the also the game where Taricco (our ASSISTANT MANAGER) got sent off for 2 bouts of dissent?

No, sorry, it wasn't. Enormously entertaining nonetheless to see our 16 (or was he 15?) year old Harry pop in the winning penalty against a bunch of gnarly old lower leaguers.
