Nope. Massive nope.

And bring back the fade out one while you’re fixing this.

We’ve run out to Sussex By The Sea for the nearly 50 years I’ve been watching this football club. It connects us with our past when so much else has changed so much. And we run out to it. So bring it back at that time and bring back the “we’re the boys from Sussex” bit too while you’re at it.

Haha what a comment. 'the football was shit'. Are you palace? Shit was Rochdale away on a Tuesday night in a howling gale in February.
No i was a ball boy for brighton when i was 10, The football was shit. We never looked like we were going to beat there goalkeeper.
Because we kept crossing the ball in, near the keeper. it was the same approach throughout.

Fair enough, thought you may be trolling, but I maintain it was nowhere near 'shit'. Our crossing was though, I agree.

I’d also like them to revert to fading out the end of the chorus at the end too.
I remember when this first happened, the sound system failed so we all joined in and finished it loudly. I can’t remember which game it was if anyone knows?

I wondered if it was a new PL rule that teams had to come out to certain music now rather like in Europa and Champions league?

On reflection, I think I’d persevere with it in that slot for a while. It actually had the ground singing right up to kick off. No-one likes change. You just have to stick with things for a while sometime and then it grows on people.

It made all the difference to the atmos, performance and result.

Oh, hang on. no, no...it was irrelevant.
