Middlesex collapse too - from 161-5 to 164-9. They're the equivalent of 232-9... in the balance for them suddenly
Bailey finished with figures of 6-2-30-4 as Middlesex were bowled out bang on stumps for 165, to set Gloucestershire 234 to win.I suspect this is influenced by their no. 11 Archie Bailey being a 19year old who's never played a first class match before.
Which incidentally, makes the wicket he just took his first, so well done him.
Regardless of the actual reason, the timing of that declaration looks like actual genius now.

Middlesex sensationally collapsing (5 wickets for 4 runs) after a very brave Glous declaration.
Sussex being potentially 6 points off promotion (if Glous do win) with 2 to play, and a chance to potentially win the title at Bristol next week.
Banton essentially batting on 1 toe at number 11 for Somerset, but survived to keep the Div 1 title interesting…
Curran being smacked for 30 at the Whatever Bowl.
