I know this has been thrashed through many times. However am I right that I cannot buy friends tickets who are not "friends and family" or members. I simply want to buy a couple of tickets for Ipswich game. One through my ticket and one through my sons which was easy last season.

It as usual seems that the club are again making it as hard as possible for others to come to watch Brighton play. Want to take couple from Northumberland down next weekend who`d love to see Brighton play but have no intention of becoming members. Plenty of tickets available however when trying to buy ..... Seems to say all tickets must be assigned !!!

Just create a free Albion online account for them on the ticket site and add to your friends and family list, takes a couple of minutes and only have to do it once
This. The two guests I’m taking to the Ipswich did this. The buyer needs to know their fan number to add to F&F.

The two guests need to create themselves a (free ?) membership and they`ll get a fan no ?? Then the buyer ( me ) adds them to my friends and family !!
I`m 67 and might just manage it. They are 79 and 82 and make me look like a computer whizz (which I`m Not). I`ll ring ticket office next week !!

Correct, it’s free and very easy. My Mum and Stepdad are 78 and 82 and do lots of stuff online.

I set up my 6 year old grandson to get a ticket, maybe just treat them the same i.e. you do it. He doesn't have email so it he is set up as a subaccount on my email so any BHAFC ticket mails come to me.

For League Cup tickets you didn’t need a name, so definitely a Premier League thing not a BHA thing

For folk who don't know, this is easy with a Gmail account (or similar).

Just set up an Albion account with your.name+WHATEVER@gmail.com

(where "WHATEVER" is child/parent name - don't forget the +)

Albion (and other sites) see it as a different address, but emails still get delivered to your.name@gmail.com

Easy.
