Palace player (Munoz) booked for not getting out of the way of the free kick - Chelsea player simply played it against him, so Munoz got booked. I expect Arsenal fans to be up in arms about this.

Switched over from Malmö FF - Djurgården for a minute or two, heard "Marc Guehi is a generational talent" and decided I don't have time for this.
Total nonsense, isn't it? The love for Guehi is unfathomable. He gave away 2 goals in the Euros and got caught out several other times. His main attribute is the speed to get back and recover some of his errors.

Palace Women lose 0-7 to Chelsea tonight.

They’d have got a much better result if they’d played their own men’s team! 😂😂😂😂

Switched on and thought - that’s a decent crowd for a club like them who basically disowned their womens team once. Then realised 80% of the crowd had Chelsea stuff on. Embarrassing for all concerned. And where were the bestest fans in the world with their flags and megaphone? Would’ve been a perfect time for the media whores to get some airtime as well? Plastics.

From combining Ellen White's England goal record with Kane's, Emma Sanders of BBC Sport has a long history of creating a story to fit a narrative.

This is from tonight's match report. It's not hard to work out what impression she's trying to create.

"This was a big night for Palace as more than 5,000 fans travelled to Selhurst Park to watch their first home match in the WSL and dreaming of a major upset. Chairman Steve Parish was among those in attendance and there were flags draped across one section of the Holmesdale Road stand welcoming the players as they walked out of the tunnel."

Yes, there were over 5,000 there. But most of them were supporting Chelsea and weren't "dreaming of a major upset."

As for on the pitch, Palace are clearly this WSL season's Bristol City from last. 11 goals conceded from 2 games. None scored. Down they go.
