Always feels a little disappointing not to win as things developed, but in the end its 1 point more than we expected - good stuff.

"He (Veltman) passes the ball into Rice's space". Wtf is Keown on about? It is not Rice's space - he should be running away 10 yards as it is our free kick.
Keown really is an idiot - he makes a stupid comment then doubles down on it.
Keown showing what a biassed, blinkered dick he is. Like that Everton girl claiming Dunk slid into DCL's space a couple of weeks ago. Where do they get this "space" nonsense from? It's not in the laws of the game.

AFTV should a fun watch later for their even-handed phlegmatic responses to the referee's decisions.

Actually slightly disappointed that we didn’t win this one. Arsenal are a very good team, but we had a man advantage, and a slightly more cohesive attacking unit would have got the second.

Same.

I don’t doubt we’ll lose matches this season, but we can challenge in every single game, against any opposition.

Really? We were crap before their sending off. It's too be expected, we're well below strength still and our players haven't learned what the manager wants yet.

Looking at the opinions of neutrals on social media, most of them think that it should not have been a red for Rice.

Perhaps those of us that think it was a 'definite red' have our blue & white tinted specs too firmly on.

I'll be honest, I do think it was a little harsh and would probably be fuming if our player got sent off for that.

Well, that was a decent result. I only had the radio so it is hard to judge but it seemed a lively game and we matched them well. For a couple of hours at least…. We are top of the league !
I am happy with that .

He could have been booked for the first half kicking the ball away. However Arteta is an idiot as he claimed he'd have been sent off. He's almost certainly wouldn't as he'd have been more careful in his reactions afterwards and would have been unlikely to have received a yellow at all late on.
