And perhaps he was also just a little incredulous you were taking up the entire sofa whilst doing so

Looks like you should be on a sleigh with those chaps, maybe one with wheels? Although if they see a cat the acceleration might be interesting..........In just four days I've gone from having zero dogs to five dogs (in three sets) because some friends went to a festival in the Netherlands.
It's been something of a mathematical riddle. The solo dog is 17 years old and as long as I walk him 3 times a day he couldn't give less of a shit of what I do or where I am. He is low maintainance. I only need to visit him every 8 hours or so.
Then there's a set of two dogs also accustomed to being alone but in need of a bit more attention so I try to visit/walk them every 5 hours.
And then there's these two beasts.

These two don't accept being left alone so I live with them right now and bring over a friend when I need to go do other dog business. They are the calmest, coolest and easiest dogs I've ever handled. No barking, no anger towards other dogs. Still requiring quite a bit of attention as they see cats as food, and there's a fuckload of cats around where I walk them.
I brought in an Assistant Dog Manager very early on but I'm still walking dogs 9-11 times a day and its wonderful, but to anyone contemplating about getting five dogs spread over three locations I'd have to say "nah, settle for 2 or 3".
You should be able to find this in your sizeI brought in an Assistant Dog Manager very early on but I'm still walking dogs 9-11 times a day and its wonderful, but to anyone contemplating about getting five dogs spread over three locations I'd have to say "nah, settle for 2 or 3".
Here's my springer now at almost 1yo. Such a lovely boy. We have 9 & 6 yo boys (human) and he really sees himself as one of them:Picked up this lovely little lad a couple of weeks ago. Still finding his feet in the house but he has settled in well. Lots of nipping going on, loads of effort but it's obviously worth it all. Looking forward to being able to get him out for some walks in the next week or so to get some energy out! View attachment 170142View attachment 170143
Small dog mentality I’m afraid.I wish my Jack Russell would behave or I could teach her because I can only have her off the lead if she has a ball. Gotten to aggressive with other dogs. Anything bigger than her she’ll fight with.
She’s a superb dog with people. I have 4 young grandchildren and she adores them.
Your dog is now bound to roll in something smelly on it’s first walkToday, I am leaving work early to pick my dog up from the groomers.
After growing up in a working class household, I finally feel like I've made it to the middle classes. I might even stop off at Waitrose to pick up something for tea (sorry, supper)
That's the real reason the woodchipper was invented for.
