Lower west wasn’t it? Hadn’t seen anything to suggest it’s stoppedIs that self-service scan-card-on-entering catering thing being continued this season in, if memory serves, ESL. Or was last season just a trial of the tech?

Nor to suggest it's still going. Not seen a single moanLower west wasn’t it? Hadn’t seen anything to suggest it’s stopped
True, I would have expected at least some complaints on here about the data / filming encroachmentNor to suggest it's still going. Not seen a single moan
Or.... Some people ate all the pies......The only way I can avoid the nightmare queues in East Upper is to pop out 5 mins before HT, then come back to my seat and hold onto my pie until halfway through HT as it seems rude to start eating before everyone else.
Disappointed there were no breakfast pies left to experience but at least they still had the dependable steak and ale. According to their website they make 10,000 pies for every game which means 1 in 3 of the congregation consume a pie during the game. Seems a lot considering all the other, lowlier food items also on sale.

The breakfast pie was pretty decent (£6)
Said in the pre-match email it was 10% discount for Amex card holders. Pretty sure it didn't specify any specific Amex card(s)Sorry, I should know this but can someone confirm you get a discount if paying with and Amex card. Will any Amex card do? What is the discount and is it automatically applied or do you have to ask for it. Thanks.
It's going and far quicker than joining a regular queue. I'd expect another kiosk to be turned over to this format. Hopefully no software failures though as that happened at least twice last season causing it to close.Nor to suggest it's still going. Not seen a single moan
The fish & chips outside is now £14
Yes much lauded, now with two patties and an upgraded bun (whatever that means).. though the one in the pic looks anything but.Ahhh the patented Amex Sadness Burger™
So glad l've given up on alcohol!£7.20 a Guinness , the lagers about £1 less.
Thank god for the Amex 15% discount !
Um, I'm admittedly no expert in these matters, but strongly suspect a vegan pie is not solely defined by the ingredients used in its pastryFwiw I had the vegan pie and it was hot and delicious. I think people are put off by the ‘Vegan’ tag but I’ll be damned if I can tell the difference between the vegan pastry and regular
You have to tell them you're paying with Amex then they apply the discount manually on the till. Any Amex works.Sorry, I should know this but can someone confirm you get a discount if paying with and Amex card. Will any Amex card do? What is the discount and is it automatically applied or do you have to ask for it. Thanks.
