Sadly it was one of the few times he turned up in the second half of the season.
Defensively, he is some distance behind Mitoma, Minteh and even ACD. IMO.
If we got a good fee, I’d sell.

How is he some distance behind ACD? Adingra is a proven PL winger whereas Amario is talented but totally untested at the highest level.

That’s simply not true.
Based on what I’ve seen “yes”.
It is a small sample size for ACD admittedly, but I think Adingra is very poor.
ACD tracks, gets back into a defensive shape out of possession, Adingra just rarely does anything like that.
He needs to improve in this area, and being very young still has lots of opportunity.

Minteh had to show something special to justify sending Adingra to the bench. I think he probably did, but no way should we consider moving Adingra on just because there is someone ahead of him right now. They're will be plenty of game time for him and he's an amazing option off the bench

He was so overplayed last season, really hope we can keep him, just rotate them and change them in the game and the full backs won't know what's hit them.

Sarmiento’s diagonal run in front of the statues really helped on this occasion. They didn’t know whether they should be coming or going.

Remember he’s young, inexperienced and played way more last season than we probably wanted him to due to injuries. Do not loan him out pls now though.
