Certainly not windy but as for the rain.....
Drainage is fantastic at the Amex. My son was mascot at the Leicester game under Hughton where it rained biblically all day and the pitch was fine. That was a 3pm, not a 12.30.

I appear to be the only person that thought I can't be arsed with any sort of sensible clothing mid August and I'll just get wet instead of carrying a top/ jacket later.
