1500 were picked up by season ticket holders Tuesday/wednesday…..todays general sale seems to have gone wonky

Well considering you are using our website to sell your tickets, I'd imagine Crawley's ticketing set up is more tinpot, yes.

There's nothing tin pot about our ticketing system. It's excellent. A handful of Man Utd tickets also went to general sale today (I think) and Chelsea away tickets. I suspect there are a lot of people trying to buy those.
As others have said, your club's ticketing set up IS tin pot, which is why they're relying on our club to sell your tickets for you.

Reading this and the posts on the Chelsea tickets thread it would appear something definitely did go wrong this morning. I guess with people looking to buy for either/both of these matches and various parking sales plus the queuing system the site struggled somewhat.
One thing that does puzzle me is with both Crawley and Albion fans using our system to buy tickets what is there to prevent Away fans buying in the home section and vice versa?

There was a guest ticket issue yesterday afternoon, so I'd suggest this game seems to have done something strange to the ticketing system

At 0900 you could choose anywhere, although it wouldn’t allow you to purchase, the new link shows south stand only
