Exactly this, but they haven’t sold out.I think the Crawley fans thought they would login this morning and they would be able to buy in the away section. Looks like that wasn't the case or they sold quickly
Well considering you are using our website to sell your tickets, I'd imagine Crawley's ticketing set up is more tinpot, yes.No Crawley fans able to purchase today, keep getting thrown out.
Not one person I know has managed to purchase!
Surely it’s not always like this……and to think we think our Crawley ticketing set up is tin pot.
Should have got a season ticket then and picked one up Tuesday or WednesdayExactly this, but they haven’t sold out.
1500 were picked up by season ticket holders Tuesday/wednesday…..todays general sale seems to have gone wonky
There's nothing tin pot about our ticketing system. It's excellent. A handful of Man Utd tickets also went to general sale today (I think) and Chelsea away tickets. I suspect there are a lot of people trying to buy those. No Crawley fans able to purchase today, keep getting thrown out.

My disability doesn’t allow me to attend enough games to make it worthwhile, but thanks for you input.Should have got a season ticket then and picked one up Tuesday or Wednesday

Reading this and the posts on the Chelsea tickets thread it would appear something definitely did go wrong this morning. I guess with people looking to buy for either/both of these matches and various parking sales plus the queuing system the site struggled somewhat. There's nothing tin pot about our ticketing system. As others have said, your club's ticketing set up IS tin pot, which is why they're relying on our club to sell your tickets for you.
There was a guest ticket issue yesterday afternoon, so I'd suggest this game seems to have done something strange to the ticketing systemReading this and the posts on the Chelsea tickets thread it would appear something definitely did go wrong this morning. One thing that does puzzle me is with both Crawley and Albion fans using our system to buy tickets what is there to prevent Away fans buying in the home section and vice versa?
Hope you got a ticket anyway, be a shame to miss out, our ticketing system does have some ''quirks'' sometimesMy disability doesn’t allow me to attend enough games to make it worthwhile, but thanks for you input.
Great stuff, hope you enjoy (apart from the result obviously)Yep, all sorted in the end, Worthingseagull put us right,
The link worked eventually but I’m sure there was an issue at the beginning.
Looking forward to what should be a decent game against the Albion’s fringe squad in a fantastic stadium.
I went via the Crawley website link and you can just see the southGreat stuff, hope you enjoy (apart from the result obviously)
So to answer my previous question when you got your ticket could you just see the away section in the south or could you have bought elsewhere?
At 0900 you could choose anywhere, although it wouldn’t allow you to purchase, the new link shows south stand onlyGreat stuff, hope you enjoy (apart from the result obviously)
