Bozza, thanks for the hard work over the years in keeping this site running. I’ve always enjoyed the board in its various guises and the variety of news and views on all things Albion. I have never got round to signing up; partly because of laziness, partly because keeping up with the posts is hard enough (without adding to the noise) and partly because of fear of a flaming or causing a binfest!

As a long-time supporter and former Withdean and Amex season ticket holder, who now lives in the UAE (hence former STH), I am immensely proud of our club. Not just for the measured success we’ve achieved, but because when the moaning and bedwetting stops, and all is said and done, BHA is a wonderful community of people, that over the years have supported each other; not just the team.

And that extends to the (mostly great) members of NSC!!! Over the years you’ve given me many laughs, and equal frustrations!

Anyway, its nice to say hello, and thank you!

Welcome! You've 'lurked' long enough to know that someone will soon be along to accuse you of being Palace. (For some reason new posters who introduce themselves often get accused of being that. Worst trait of NSC IMO).

Thanks for the welcome everyone :). Just came back to this and was expecting this thread to be on page 5 already! :)

First game was Eastbourne Utd at the Goldstone in about 86 (ish)... Not exactly a bundle of fun for a young 9 year old on a wet school night!
Sadly it wasn't until the Withdean days that I could afford to own a ST!

Certainly sad that I don't get home often enough to get to many games.

100% not Palace (some people are paranoid), although I vaguely remember wanting them to beat Man Utd in the 1990 final. I've never quite forgiven myself...
