Wanted to get tickets for my granddaughter, as well as me and my mate. I can slect and assign tickets to us older 2, but as soon as I add a third one and assign it to her from my friends and family it says "You have selected an invalid number of tickets for this person".

She is registered, I've assigned it as U16. Is it because she has no purchase history do you think.?

Will she be able to buy her own ticket if she logs on as herself? She's away at the moment.

Any experiences with this type of problem?

You cant buy her ticket until 2pm today (unless she is Albion+ member)

Unless she is a MyAlbion+ member, you won’t be able to buy guest tickets until this afternoon

When the tickets went on sale i was interested to see blocks S1A to S1F highlighted in red for the away fans although it was not possible to open them to see the seats. I presume the club must be doing something with Crawley to enable their fans to access them as today when i looked S1A, S1B, and S1C were now blacked out indicating they had been sold whilst the others are still lit up.

They took 17000 to Wembley earlier in the year, so for some it might even be their third Crawley match.

So at 2pm today STH can buy 4 guest tickets, I has a ticket in my basket and the new rules say I have to allocate the ticket to somebody in my F&F list but I do that the Buy Now button greys out but if I chose me (bearing in mind I bought my ticket in my name yesterday) it will let me buy the ticket :shrug:

Anyone know if the Park and Ride is operating for this? General P and R info on the website talks about it being available for PL matches but doesn’t mention Carabao.

Technically the new ruling is for PL games, which this is not.

However it would mean the individuals don't receive points if you purchase as a traditional guest all under one fan no.
