We’ve had a thread this week where several old users have asked for NSC’s humour to return. Now we have someone 1000s of miles away trying to shut down some mild mocking of a former player having a ricket (because it made him wrong).
Oh yeah the same thread where people expressed their disbelief over a certain individual being a moderator?

Anyway, if there was any humour in the posts posted in this thread today, I would have laughed - immoral or not. Will you point me to the posts you thought were funny?

It’s also hypocritical.

Eternally slagging off RDZ for all and sundry, seizing upon a steady stream of anti RDZ gossip appearing on nsc, with relish.

No one cried that that was bullying.
Or the condescending way anyone who dare disagree with him gets in the returned post.

So. Having read the updates on this. Sanchez is somewhere between brilliant & terrible, & an arrogant knobhead & poor insecure soul who needs protecting

Maybe and who on here really cares? Chelsea lost haha. He helped them to lose. Cucowanker pigeon legs gave out, and the other one was not bothering too much.

When we play them at home they all get dog's abuse. It worked before especially with Potter, who is devoid of emotional intelligence. We got to them, we made the difference. Was it bullying though?

To be frank, if any of those old users are that bothered by some moaning from a Swedish bloke they'll never meet, then they're probably not best placed to lecture other people on robust humour.

I don’t think they are. I think they’re just fed up with humourless bollocks on NSC. As, frankly, am I.

I was just about to tweak that post, because it's not actually anywhere near my frank opinion.

My actual view of people who moan about not being allowed to be funny because... what, they're worried somebody will moan about it? Would be rendered on here as a lengthy series of asterisks.

Obviously nobody's going to willingly go out and bat for "humourless bollocks", but the answer to that is to actually try and be funny, not moan about what anybody else is posting.

If you've never known the pleasure of Boooooing every member of an opponent's bench, everyone of their players that they have taken from you who then get subbed and the wonderful halftime booing of the Goalkeeper coach and reserve goalkeeper, you've never really had your money's worth from a ticket for a football match. Sorry

Indeed. Most people in their lives have everything they ever say or write scrutinised by those around. On here we're have historically been able to be daft, outspoken, hold the right to offend. So long as this doesn't go too far posts should pass down each thread without too much analysis and each thread to disappear through the pages. The critique of other posts in virtually all the main threads becomes tedious. Notwithstanding if the post or thread is placed on ignore then the board becomes so disjointed and often makes little sense. To make a joke or a funny you shouldn't have run the risk of being "taken apart" by those that may not understand the intent or indeed wish to point out some pathetic modern day misdemeanor

Nah, that was beautiful!

A truly delightful game that 4-1 was. Three points in the bag and 30k people being more excited about Graham Potter than they've ever been about their own team (judging from the amount of 'loudest we've ever been' comments).

I would argue that booing the entire Chelsea team, bench, coaches, fans in that 4-1 win at the Amex and making Cucurella play like a lost child was one of my favourite ever football memories.

It's topped off by the fact that it was the first Albion win my son watched live so it'll always have wonderful memories
