Opinionated
I thought this thread was to put how you personally rated the players, not criticise how everyone else rated it?
Silly me, I forgot where I was

Ok but it wasn't a bad result, we won 3-0 and only allowed to opponents two good chances.I would say this is a bit more accurate than OP. It's the sort of game where if we had a bad result everyone would be giving 2s and 3s, but the result papered over the performance somewhat.
Clearly Milner, looked up at completely the wrong timeThat pass that failed to find Milner in the first half , leading to a VH and Milner row and almost leading to an Everton goal…..whose fault?
I’ve watched a few times and tend to think Milner , as he looked away. Thoughts ?
Who needs flair when you've got horny!Simon Adingra - 7
Very adventerous and horny, with mixed results, but overall a nice display.
What more could you ask of a player
Indeed.Haven't even seen the game yet but 3-0 away at Goodison and an average of 7+ at least sounds about right, doesn't it?
Odd comment given Wieffer's successful pass completion was 90% and Mitoma and Minteh's were 79% and 69% respectively.Wieffer couldn't find a yellow shirt in the first 20 minutes, hid behind Everton players when we were playing out and was the primary causes of the penalty award. We were a shadow of the side that plays out from the back in the 1st half.
He improved as the game went on and there is enough there to suggest he will come good. He's also got a bit of bite which we missed last year.
To mark him the same as Minteh and Mitoma.is just plain wrong which is surprising as the OP knows more about football than most other people from his own admission.
You say that but he stopped them getting in decent chances. Just one shot from memory. The rest he defended well enough for the cross or shot to be poor.Hinshelwood-7 would’ve possibly been fair if he was playing as a winger or a midfielder, but his performance as a *left back* was absolutely not a 7/10, given that he wasn’t able to defend against a single ball over the top or one-on-one
After all, stats are everythingOdd comment given Wieffer's successful pass completion was 90% and Mitoma and Minteh's were 79% and 69% respectively.
Not really, needs context. Mitoma mis-placing a pass into the Everton box is less likely to be an issue than Wieffer mis-placing one on the edge of our own box leading to a chance for them.Odd comment given Wieffer's successful pass completion was 90% and Mitoma and Minteh's were 79% and 69% respectively.

Where did you get the individual player match stats btw?
Yes agreeThat pass that failed to find Milner in the first half , leading to a VH and Milner row and almost leading to an Everton goal…..whose fault?

Here's what Joachim Low said about Toni Kroos. I appreciate he's one of the best in the world but our possession based style demands something similar in the position :Odd comment given Wieffer's successful pass completion was 90% and Mitoma and Minteh's were 79% and 69% respectively.
Exactly, plus Weiffer is going to be knocking a large number of short easy passes, whereas the wingers are often crossing or playing through balls,Not really, needs context. Mitoma mis-placing a pass into the Everton box is less likely to be an issue than Wieffer mis-placing one on the edge of our own box leading to a chance for them.
I was just using the same context as the op of my quote. They say Wiefer's bad passing shouldn't give him the same score as Mitoma and Minteh. Not really, needs context. So you definitely missed the point then.I was just using the same context as the op of my quote. They say Wiefer's bad passing shouldn't give him the same score as Mitoma and Minteh.
