Born Littlehampton. Moved out of Sussex 65-68. Then back to Plumpton then Ringmer; Secondary School in Lewes. Reading Uni. Failed attempt at being a teacher. Work in the Smoke then oop North. Married in 1987 (sweetened the bitter pill of relegation). Still married. Two sons, youngest now also an Albion Fan - I must have done something right!
