I think it’s 10% up to a cappednumber. I thought the PL cap was 2.5k but it could be closer to 3k. Except for FAcup games when it’s 15%... -
The technology is available, as it used for gig tickets. Why clubs choose not to use it is the real question.

Assam tea bags. Used to be happy with almost anything as long as it was hot and wet but bog standard Assam has been a significant upgrade.
