Currently in Lisbon and went into Santini this afternoon which is a fabulous ice cream parlour and was presented with a choice of 18 different flavoured ice cream.

Decided on 3 scoops and went for coconut lemon and strawberry.

So if having 3 scoops which are you flavours of choice

Best one I've had so far, was in Sorrento, which involved Limoncello, lime and chocolate.

There's a little place in Chichester called Bailey's that make their own Salted Pistachio ice cream, which is the absolute business.

I had Nougat Ice cream on holiday in France a couple of years ago, and I wish it was more common over here
