What does SEGW stand for? It's probably not what I think it is.

The guy is clearly running his own social medias like a normal earthbound human being. I'll take some spelling and grammar errors over the usual agency created & curated "love me & follow me"-brainwashing stuff nearly every other footballer pretends to write.

He seems a really reasonable guy, as much as that might hurt the weirdos in here following a former Palace player in his mid table MLS adventures.

Trust me, if our footballers wrote things themselves rather than hire some social media manager to make them look good, it would usually not be any wiser than what Zaha wrote.

He's a real person behaving like a real person. Credit to him.

I like your posts generally, and I don’t have a problem with your basic logic in human terms at all. However, I think you’re missing an aspect of football supporting that’s important for many fans - though by no means all - of every club. No criticism from me for that, I feel football is a broad church.

I doubt, though, that you’ll educate those of us who enjoy the pantomime rivalry. And more pertinently, you won’t get much credit from many Albion supporters going forward if you push a narrative of some of us as “weirdos” because you disagree with their take. Like I say, it’s a broad church. I’m no keyboard warrior, and I don’t really care, but I felt that was a bit of a cheap shot.
