Ooh, this is like the Sausage Sandwich game. Except with bacon.

Just the BROWN sauce for me please. And I like the rind crispy not rubbery.

Anyone, like me, enjoy brown sauce AND ketchup?

Not in the same sandwich, no.
Although I have been known to dabble in the dark arts of brown sauce and ketchup on the same plate. This will happen mostly when I have a fry-up. The brown sauce must be on the fried egg (which in turn must be on toast). The ketchup must be next to the sausages, but on the OUTSIDE of the plate, with the sausage performing the roll of a "natural barrier", to prevent the ketchup sullying my bacon and/or egg on toast, or any other fried items on my plate.

I also employ the "sausage barrier" technique to stop tomato sauce from the baked beans getting anywhere the egg yolk.
