Quote someone and have a look. You pretty much put all the numbers and letters after the '=' sign in 'yt' brackets.

I.e. [ yt]fsdf88sdf[/ yt]

But remove the spaces. (The bit in the middle is made up, so will not produce a video anyway).

Really? I do the [ yt] and [ /yt] bit, but paste the huge load of blurb that's listed under the 'embed' section of the video's YouTube page.

So to get mine (above), I pasted all this crap in between the [ yt] and the [ /yt]
