Wrexham Supporters' Trust and Wrexham Football Club (2006) Limited are delighted to announce that the business of Wrexham Football Club has now been acquired by Wrexham AFC Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Wrexham Supporters 'Trust).
Wrexham Football Club is, therefore, now wholly owned by its supporters. The completion of the transaction represents the conclusion of a long and tortuous process which has been achieved through the goodwill, hard work and co-operation of all parties.
'Wrexham Supporters' Trust would like to thank the Conference and the FA for their assistance in approving the transfer of membership.
Both parties would like to thank the supporters for their continued support of the team and their financial contributions to ensure that the club has survived to enable the ownership to be transferred to the supporters.
Both Buyer and Seller now urge all supporters to get behind their club and their team.
