I would like to thank you very much for last months Vending services. On the whole we are happy with the service you provide but there are a few minor issues that we feel need to be dealt with.

Dispense volumes were up last month, from 450 units to 600 units. The biggest increase was seen in sales of Ribbed and Flavoured, with 43% and 39% increases respectively.
Sales of Extra Thick, Ribbed and Miniscule continue to hold up although consideration should be given to discontinuing the Extra Length option (only 5 sales in the month).
Machine down-time was also greatly improved, at 3%, meeting targets set by Management.
3 complaints were received although none of these were due to machine performance. All three complaints (from customers Dowie, Coppell and Redknapp) related to the Miniscule range, which were still too big. All complaints have been referred to Senior Management for action.

The vending machine at our Millbank office has orange and lime squash. And they are both fluorescent! Imagine what that must do to your insides.
