it would be much easier to move the Athletiocs facilities to another area and get planning permission than it is for the football to do likewise. IMHO this has been overlooked by the club or it is plan B that they cannot say at present as a major claim for the falmer site is that there is no alternative.

its IMHO is the ONLY option now that the club are pennyless. Planning permission to movethe athletics is must easier and there would be several acceptable site. In short term the capacity at Withdean is adequote certainly will be if get extra seats. In longer termn that depends on how far can develop Withdean if we were unable to extend the capacity much then we could have longer term problems but thats only an if until the playing side is adequaotely invested in then it aint gonna be a problem max we need is a 10k cap-acity. So if this happend in longer term then we may be forced to ground share with another league club and unltimately restart the search for a new ground outside of the Brighton/Hove area, other clubs manage why not BHA ? at that stage though if we have built up the team and the support to sustain regular sell out crowds the claim for a new stadium will be greater and sustainable. The danger is doing a Milton Keynes! I cant see the club folding without a yes to Falmer as there is always the ground share option just like at Gillingham. I cant see DK throwing in the towel if Falmer is a No. He may have to move back into Gillingham though, I suggest if we are forced to ground share we should play some game at Pompey and some at Pal@rse and some at Gillimngham so that fans from all corners of the county get to reach the games. I see no reason why this couldnt happen.

Kinky there is 0 chance and you should no that as we struggle to get the 2k seats for ages and residents would all be against major improvements full stop.
