Just downloaded Turkey's Brighton facepack and it's a .RAR file. I've got no idea what this means. I tried to open the file but it opened WinAmp instead.

Can anyone help

It's a compressed file, using WinRAR, a similar piece of software to winZIP.

You should be able to download a free evaluation copy of it which will enable you to decompress the file.
