Who believes that safe standing will be introduced in the top divisions any time soon ?

will we ever get a return to standing ?

if so, how long before the rule change is made ?

Over 10 years if ever.....and as the rake of the North and South ends is relatively shallow this would not involve much conversion to standing in these area's(ok a little pipe dream there) standing was relatively safe for 100 years and could still be,perhaps even more so now,with proper regulations in place,reduced capacity standing areas,compared to previous,what with modern building techniques and materials,and a collective safer overall environment within grounds today,but in all seriousness i can't see it happen.
