Why no fixtures on November 12th?

Just trying to set up my office Footie competition, I notice there are no league fixtures at all on November 12th.

It's the first round of the FA Cup, which explains Leagues 1 and 2.

There are Under 21 Internationals - would that explain the rest?

Does anyone know the FA's minimum ground requirements for hosting an U21 International?? They've played them at some right sh*t grounds over the years.

Surely there will be one at Falmer in the next 18 months? ??

I heard our stadium has been built to 'eufa elite' specifications, so I am sure we are capable of hosting an U-21 at some point in time
