Why isn't this webpage working?

It comes up with a blue bar then say's this page isn't found

I don't know but my ie website isn't working either, spooky

The error is a 404 page not found error. If all ie sites are down or some, it means that the web server (software) has crashed or the machine, link to the machine is down. It will come back (when the lazy arsed system admin people put their coffee down and reboot the machine)....
