Not entirely cost-effective to reproduce an Edwardian building, plus it doesn't quite capture the essence of said building.

I like the Duke of York's Picturehouse and try and avoid the big ones.

We've got the DOY!

Brighton lost a lot of good cinema buildings from the '50s onwards, shame really, they could have been converted into good arthouse screens.
