IP registered to AOL. you really should know how to find this out if your running a board and bothering to log IP, otherwise whats the point?

do a google search for 'whois' for various websites that'll help, but must european IPs will be found through the Ripe whois database - http://www.ripe.net/db/whois/whois.html

but probably should ban all AOL IPs anyway as theres loads of tossers who use it and should encourage people of their shite service
