Who wore number #10 during the 1991/92 and the 92/93 seasons?

Did players have squad numbers back then? Would have been who ever got picked.

Could also have been Mark Barham, Robert Codner, Dean Wilkins?

I can't be arsed to trawl through the loft for an old programme.

Sorry

I thought Codner. Was Minton there by '93? My memory is awful these days...

Defo Bob Codner, I remember attending an away game at Blackpool around the time and Bob volleyed goal of the season from about 30 yards!!!

That ride at Blackpool pleasure beach had just been built. The one that goes backwards!

This was the 1991 playoff final team so my guess is it would have been Codner.

Sorry, it's worth even less now.

1. Perry Digweed
2. Gary Chivers
3. Steve Gatting *
4. Dean Wilkins
5. Nicky Bissett
6. Colin Pates
7. Mark Barham
8. Stefan Iovan +
9. Michael Small
10. Robert Codner
11. Clive Walker

Probably Codner (over 40 games in the number 10 shirt in each of those seasons)

However, these players also played a few games in that shirt:

1991/2 David Clarkson
1992/3 Kurt Nogan, Matthew Edwards

Still gutted John Byrne wasn't available for the final. We'd still be in the Premier now!

But Wilkins wouldn't have had that free kick against Ipswich to get us into the playoffs had Johnny not been fouled.

#5 could be Nicky Bissett, the #11 would have been Dean Wilkins

Maybe when he first arrived and was chucked on the left wing. Thought he usually wore #4 when he moved to CM in the late 80's.
