Hard enough just watching the trailer (and not just because Nick Cage is in it).

Probably, watched United 93 which I thought was brilliant, bloody horrific but very well made.

National Treasure was great!

They are making a second.

National Treasure was an attempt to cash in on the success of things like The Da Vinci Code, and the subsequent popularity of anything featuring hidden treasure, cover-ups and long-lost secrects.

Mind you, the only time I've ever seen it was on a plane flying back from LA in the middle of the night, and it was a very turbulent flight. Perhaps ahother viewing might be in order.

What's the premise of the second one supposed to be?

Raising Arizona was excellent.

you would hope however that due to its sensitivity as a subject that they would have made every effort to make it as real as possible and not glmaourise or over dramatise it.

Be interesting to see what the US public make of it.

You would have to question the taste, particularly when Hollywood gets it's hands on such an emotive subject.
Agreed. This looks like an action movie. I haven't seen it and may be wrong but on the face of it, this looks like exploitative and insensitive shit which should not have been made.

No. This looks like a dreadful piece of American smultz film- making. Plus Cage is an awful actor. Go and see United 93 instead - very powerful without the usual Hollowood bollocks.

Look at people getting on their high horse here!!

Hollywood has exploited Wars, raping, pillaging, religions...nearly anything, since films have existed, just because 9/11 happened fairly recently, doesn't mean it shouldn't be covered.
