Invading all the clubs websites, each and every club, and each and every website devoted to each club, in a bid to get fans nationwide to write a quick letter to John Prescott, even if they cut and paste the one on a previous thread?

I shall make a start now, lets turn this into a Nationwide campaign to help the Albion, just like Fans United all over again!!

I have just started with Arsenal and have been writing the following:-

As you may well be aware Brighton and Hove Albion FC are looking to build a new stadium at Falmer, as the current withdean stadium, is not owned by the club, and is very small, and work cannot be done to improve the capacity.

Unfortunately some anti - football people have caused the "Falmer for all" campaign to be put on hold and now John Prescott (Deputy PM) has to make the decision, in October/November time. These anti - football people against the new stadium have tried taking it to a national level, and now is the time for all of us football fans, no matter what team we follow to make a stand!

As if BHAFC can't get this new ground the club will fold, and with many other teams in poor situations at present it looks as though the Premiership will be the only league left.

So like I say now is the time, for all football fans anywhere any everywhere to unite, and to help this campaign you only need follow a few easy steps.

The Falmer for All team have a carefully worked out strategy to influence John Prescott.

Until the Public Inquiry report is submitted by the Inspector, this is what to do:-

The Albion is asking every supporter to prepare a letter to be sent to John Prescott, Deputy Prime Minister.

Just to make things a little bit easier, it is now possible to do this by e-mail. Send your contribution either as an e-mail or as an attachment (in Word format), making sure that you include your home address, so that the source can be identified. If you send it this way it won't, of course, have your signature on it. So please make it clear that it has been submitted by e-mail.

The address to send it to is martin.perry@bhafc.co.uk

To make things really easy, you could copy and paste the following:-

[YOUR ADDRESS]

[DATE]

By e-mail

Rt Hon John Prescott MP
Deputy Prime Minister and First Secretary of State
Cabinet Office
Whitehall
London SW1A 2AS

Dear Deputy Prime Minister

Planning Application for Brighton & Hove Community Stadium at Falmer, Brighton (Ref: BH2001/02418/FP)

I believe you should approve the plans for a community stadium for the City of Brighton & Hove because Falmer is the only feasible site in the city; the stadium will provide a home for the city's professional football club, and a local home for our national sport; the stadium will bring huge economic, sporting and social benefits to the area; and the stadium will help to increase civic pride in the city.

Your sincerely

EVERYONE'S SUPPORT IS MAKING A DIFFERENCE. DO YOUR BIT NOW!
