Who has lost the most money?

My girlfriend is from South Africa and her brother came over to visit about 2 years ago. He wanted to play the lottery so I told him which game to play. He accidently bought a ticket for the Euromillions instead of the normal Lotto. To cut a long story short, all his numbers came up on the Lotto and he would have won 8.2 million

Technically not lost money but gutting none the less!

Nothing more annoying than losing money in the street however around 5 years ago I walked out of Victoria station and it was raining and saw a bit of paper on the floor and it was £20 - lovely feeling
