Whether or not you put your name on the back of your shirt is nothing to do with cliqueyness or geekiness IMHO

If you're confident about who you are and your opinions, you'll do it - re Yorkie, Hiney, Trotster, Chappers etc.

If you're perhaps not so self-assured and maybe a bit afraid that people who don't like you on NSC will come over and give you grief, then you won't.

right......................................
Im confident about my opinions and I dont give a f*** if a few dont like me but I dont have Nels on my shirt.

Maybe you should only be able to have your name on your shirt when you've posted 3,000 times.

OK - I agree that it's something that some people just think is a bit naff. So long as you would also never have a personalised numberplate, have a wacky answering message on your phone or make-up an "interesting" name for your house!

Although a personalised plate on a decent car looks good, as long as its not something like TR4CEY

It's the same thing as having the name on the back of your shirt.

I had Easy 10 on my shirt before I even started using NSC. I've never liked leaving the back of my Albion shirts blank, but didn't want to use my own surname, and didn't want a players name either. My nickname seemed the logical choice (and I just like the number 10).

Probably makes me a sad geek, but hey, I can live with it.

Don't be silly.

I'll only go and lose all the posts again.

Then everyone will have to take there shirts back to the club shop!

Anyway, M1 BHA. What do you make of that?
