Oh, another one who thinks 'how sad'

I enjoy having my name on my shirt. As an exile and not being able to get to many matches for years, when I got access to the internet and found I could get tickets and get to home matches, having my name on my shirt enabled me to say hello to people and for people to say hello to me.

I have enjoyed meeting some great people from this site and made my going to away matches in particular a great time.

As a middle aged woman I wouldn't have dared go to an away match by myself previously.

Rant over
:)

Don't worry he's just jealous that someone thought of having his user name on a football shirt before him :lolol:

the only ever time I recall names on the back of shirts is running around the playground at Junior school.

I bow to your coolness.

Any chance I could pay for lessons in being a class human being?

In my computer
good call Yorkie - if I ever had a spare hour of the day to get my name put on the back of my shirt I probably would do as well!!

Will these people get their names on their shirt next season seeing that most people know each other now?

Will Krispies ever get the letters stuck onto his shirt properly so he isn't known as ISP ES by December?

Why on earth does Giblet have 7 4/8 on the back of his shirt?

I have Rumbledinho on my England shirt. Does that make me sad?

youv got no chance!
Just my opinion that it looks a little geeky.
Again it seems to have an opinion that doesnt agree with the 'selected' on here is wrong.

Selected?

I stated that I enjoy it. You don't have that opinion. Several people have agreed with me.

Nothing right or wrong about it.

I didn't call you sad because you didn't agree with me.

As for it being "geeky" GN the only people who would know who you are by your shirt are those who view NSC, no one else would give a f*** :)

I don't particularly like it and I wouldn't get my name on my shirt but Garry Nelson has only stated his opinion.

Slightly different-but I think seeing people walk around with their surname on their football shirt is a bit sad.

I agree with what your saying about names being a bit sad, I just happen to think to have your username is as bad.

I agree. I'm not going to call anyone who does get their name on their shirt sad or a twat, it's just not something I would do.

Is that arse-licking enough for the cliquey bastards do you think?

;)
