They've got great fans who have had a very tough time of it lately. Going to away matches must involve some serious travelling and expense. As for the city, it's alright. A bit rough in parts (like Portsmouth) with it being a dockyard city but always a good awayday - been there twice.

Right. I've been up there twice and seen us lose twice, both times greeted by crap weather, dismal games of football and somewhat backward locals. It's not somewhere I want to go again in a hurry.

They also made a bit of a fuss after one of their youth team players was (tragically, of course) killed in a car crash a few years back, and our team had the temerity to turn up and win the game. I think we were supposed to lose it or something.

No one stands out as especially chummy to me. Plymouth seem to have a soft spot for us, for obvious reasons. But having the shit kicked out of me in their car park a good few years ago, I still don't feel too much love for them.

I voted for Wrexham as they were very grateful for our demonstration just before the playoffs which galvanized their fans into doing something which eventually saved the club. Some of them turned up for our protest marches. They also gave us a couple of good cup games so there's mutual respect there. Plymouth is more recent but it was a Plymouth fan who thought of the Fans United in the first place. As has been said, Donny turned a bit sour this season.

Anyone going out in Plymouth at night has to be very careful whether you are a footie fan or not !

I thought we were twinned with Norwich as all our best players go there.

To be slightly fairer, Kazenga broke his own ankle when he fouled their player, at least from where I saw it.
