Prince sold out 21 consecutive shows at the O2 in London in 2007. A total of 351,527 tickets were sold for those shows so Prince is a no brainer.

Green day sold out 2 consecutive shows at the Milton Keynes bowl in 2005. A total of 130,000 tickets were sold.

Radiohead admittedly is more up for debate but I do think they could sell out a 1 off show there.

Radiohead isn't up for debate they have a huge fan base and would easily sell out Wembley.

Metallica, who a number of people have said would definitely be a sell out, had over 10,000 empty seats when they last played Wembley in 2007. There were still shedloads of people there, mind you.

You're wrong then, between 79 for half a dozen or more years there were only two bands on the World that could sell out a whole tour of 50 (fifty) U.S. Football stadiums with NO advertising, The Who & The Stones.
Before or since no'one has 3 hour set as strong as those two

I think you may have forgotten a certain Mr Springsteen with regard to all your points detailed above.
