Only thing that thought was a bit rubbish was the bloke playing Paul McCartney

Really enjoyed it, thought the guy who played Geldof got him spot on but why was Midge Ure left out of it, wasn't Band Aid and Live Aid created by both of them?

Didn't see all of it but who was the the blondish woman supposed to be - it didn't look anything like Paula Yates. The Geldof voice was pretty good, rather over-acted I thought.

i enjoyed it but agree, why is Midge Ure ALWAYS left out of the story? i'm sure there was a peripheral character at Wembley to look like him (bald, wearing dark aviators) but it's pretty disrespectful writing him out.

I missed it but saw the Live Aid documentary afterwards. In 1985 I watched it on the telly from a house in Hayes and could see the airship/blimp above Wembley Stadium from the back garden (very hot day)
