Lidl Pork and Apple are good, the Speldhurst Sausages served up with the "full English" at a couple of local caffs are also very fine.

A good lincolshire with balanced flavours or some garlic sausages.

I prefer them like a lot of pubs do now, a large dollop of mash in the middle of the plate with 6 sausages coming off of the centre like the spokes of a wheel with alternate fried onions and beans in each segment. With onion gravy poured over the top of the lot.

Some 30 years ago they were the dogs b......s when they were made in a farm next to The Bonesgate Pub in Chessington but havent tried them since they have become commercialised at the likes of Tesco.
