test drove the audi this morning and it was well nice, but did have my heart set on a volvo, don't quite know why tho.

I think it should be WHICH is the better car, but well done for not going with what's BEST (of two).

Personally I would take the Audi, for the petrol engine and the classier name (Volvo's may look nice these days but they still sound lame).

Parts and servicing shouldn't be too difficult for either so it all boils down to which you feel more comfortable in

just taken the volvo out for a test drive and it's mint, left a deposit there and then, picking it up next wednesday!! volvo's arn't for boring people, there for content people! (the car salesman just told me that!)

But I think the Audi will have a lot more space. I've been in a V40 several times and find there isn't much space inside of them.
